Tournament Guide Ad

All tournament guide advertisers and event sponsors will be linked on our website sponsor webpage for no extra cost. Tournament Guide (4,500 distributed around the state). Would you like to know how to advertise with NSA?  Here's how:

Contact NSA to get an ad agreement and then send the ad agreement and check to: NSA of Washington, PO Box 444, Bellevue, WA  98009.

Program Sponsorship:

NSA is looking for sponsors for our programs:
Men's A,B,C - 50 Teams
Men's D - 125 Teams
Men's E - 225 Teams
Men's Rec - 125 Teams
Coed - 200 Teams
Women - 50 Teams
King of the Road - 400 Teams
Girls Fastpitch 8U-18U - 400 Teams
This is negotiable (IE product, Sponsor dollars, etc)

Tournament Guide Rates:

1/3 of a page -  $325
1/2 of a page  - $450
Full Page  - $675
Back and Front Inside Covers - $800
Back Cover - $1,250

Sales reps (coaches/players/directors/umpires are eligible) get 20% of sale for the tournament guide, 15% for tournament Sponsorship/Advertising (State/NIT/Western World) and 15% for website advertising..

State/NIT/Western World Sponsorship/Advertising:

$500.00 for complete sponsorship - Naming rights, host site for coaches and umpires meetings (if meeting room large enough to handle the meeting), embroidered company logo on champions jackets, company name on all awards, promotional material displayed on tournament bracket boards, in tournament coaches packets, handed out to tournament participants and fans during the event and free website links on NSA's sponsor webpage.
$300.00 for award sponsorship - Company name on all awards, promotional material displayed on tournament bracket boards, in tournament coaches packets, handed out to tournament participants and fans during the event and free website links on NSA's sponsor webpage.
$100.00 ad sponsorship - Promotional material displayed on tournament bracket boards, in tournament coaches packets, handed out to tournament participants and fans during the event and free website links on NSA's sponsor webpage.

Website Advertising:

$100.00 Link advertising - Links (Banner ads) listed on NSA's sponsor page.

$200.00 Banner Ads - Company banner ad listed on the results and/or points/ranking/story pages.

Run a tournament in your area! NSA will help you get started. Great way to raise money for your team.

Monthly Newsletter Advertising:

$100.00 per ad per year ($100.00 total for your ad in all 8 issues)- distributed once a month from March through October. Distribution - pdf file emailed to all NSA contacts (1000 and growing), linked to nsawa.com website, mailed to 500 softball players and distributed out at local tournaments.
