This tournament will be double elimination format played on
Saturday and Sunday .
The brackets should be completed by the Wednesday before the
tournament and available at that time. To receive your first game
time call Dale Gellner at
(425) 741-9761 after 6:00 PM or indicate E-mail as your preference
on your Entry Form.
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to change any
game times, playing locations or dates, or make any other changes
they deem necessary to conduct this event.
The Tournament Directors, Sponsors and Field Owners do not
accept liability for any accidents or injuries and assume that all
players are competing at their own risk.
Entry constitutes agreement to these conditions.
Coaches meeting will be TBA
The first game coin flip will occur at the meeting, failure to be
represented will result in loss of the first game coin flip.

TOURNAMENT RULES
No courtesy runners are allowed
Teams must bat 10, 11 or 12
All games will
be 7 innings with NO TIME limits.
The applicable NSA HR rule will be in effect.
All players must wear uniforms alike in color and style.
Caps/visors are optional, but must be the same color if worn.
Uniforms are not protestable, but offending team will lose coin
toss.
Line ups should be completed on the official NSA Line up card
and exchanged ten minutes prior to the scheduled game time. Teams
need to be available at the assigned field at game time even if that
field is behind schedule at an earlier time.
All players must carry picture ID at all times during the
tournament.
All umpire judgment calls are final! Rule interpretation
protest must be before the next pitch. Rosters are protestable for a
$75 cash deposit. Fee posted at time of protest. Your fee is
refunded if the protest is upheld.
All other 2004 NSA rules will govern tournament play.
